Absolutely! We ONLY sell 100% genuine Tenga products from Japan.
You can place your order from our shop page or scroll down to the product section to start adding products to your cart.
Upon checkout, you have two payment options which are to pay through a direct bank transfer or PayPal.
If you paid through PayPal: no need to take further action. Once your payment is successful, we will be processing your order and prepare it for shipment.
If you paid though bank transfer: you will be given the bank details where you can transfer the payment. Once you transferred the payment with the right amount. Make sure to send the receipt of payment so that we can confirm and process your order. Orders are not processed without a confirm payment.

Usually no. If you placed and order and settled the payment before 11 AM from Monday – Saturday, we can ship it on the same day.
This does not mean that it will be delivered on the same day since it might take a day or two for the courier to deliver the product.
