Question 1

Are your TENGA products genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine TENGA imported from Japan. We source only authentic products through verified supply channels, the same products sold in TENGA's own markets.

Question 2

How do I know I'm buying genuine TENGA and not from a fake seller?

Accepted Answer

Thai Tenga's website is thaitenga.com. We sell only 100% genuine TENGA products imported from Japan. TENGA products sold on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, Line Shopping, or at street markets are not verified as genuine. If you bought from us, you have the real thing.

Question 3

Which product should I start with?

Accepted Answer

For first-timers, start with the Original Vacuum Cup (฿499) or Soft Case Cup (฿499). Both are disposable, pre-lubricated, and require no setup. If you want a reusable from the start, the Tenga Spinner (฿1,390) is the most popular step up.

Question 4

What is the difference between disposable and reusable TENGA products?

Accepted Answer

Disposable products (Cup Series) are single-use: pre-lubricated, no cleaning required, discard after use. Reusable products (Spinner, Flex, Flip) are designed for multiple uses, require rinsing with warm water after each use, and provide better long-term value.

Question 5

What is the difference between the Flex Silky White and Rocky Black?

Accepted Answer

Both share the same flexible outer design, but Silky White has a softer, finer inner texture for a gentler sensation, while Rocky Black has firmer, more pronounced ribs for stronger stimulation. Both are ฿2,190.

Question 6

What is the difference between the Flip Zero and Flip Zero Gravity?

Accepted Answer

The Flip Zero Black is the original model with a flat-black interior design. The Flip Zero Gravity (White and Black) has a redesigned internal architecture with floating pressure plates for a different sensation profile. Both are ฿3,990.

Question 7

How do I clean reusable TENGA products?

Accepted Answer

Rinse with warm water immediately after use. For Flip products, open fully and rinse the exposed interior. Do not use soap, as it degrades the elastomer material over time. Shake off excess water and air-dry completely before closing and storing. Never use a hairdryer.

Question 8

Do I need lubricant?

Accepted Answer

Cup Series products come pre-lubricated and need nothing added. All reusable products (Spinner, Flex, Flip) should be used with a water-based lubricant. Do not use silicone-based or oil-based lubricants as they damage the inner sleeve material.

Question 9

Are TENGA and iroha products safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All TENGA and iroha products are made from body-safe materials. Genuine products from a trusted source carry no known health risk when used as directed. Counterfeit products use unverified materials and may cause irritation.

Question 10

Do you sell iroha products for women?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry the full iroha range, TENGA's dedicated women's wellness line made from ultra-soft premium silicone. The range includes the Iroha Stick (฿990), Iroha Zen (฿1,990), Iroha Rin (฿1,990-฿3,690), Iroha Sakura and Yuki (฿3,790), and the flagship Iroha Mai Toki (฿7,990).

Question 17

Is packaging discreet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no TENGA branding, no product description, and no indication of contents visible on the outside. The sender name is an individual's name, not a shop name.

Question 18

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Free shipping on orders over ฿800. Orders below ฿800 have a flat ฿60 shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Question 22

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact sales@thaitenga.com with your order number and reason. We cannot accept returns on opened disposable (Cup Series) products due to hygiene reasons.

Question 25

Do I need to be a certain age to buy?

Accepted Answer

You must be 18 or older to purchase from Thai Tenga, consistent with Thai regulations on adult wellness products.

Question 26

How is my personal data handled?
