Ordering Guide
How to Order
Ordering from Tenga Thailand is simple. Pay by PayPal, credit/debit card, or direct bank transfer. Follow the steps below.
Step 01
Browse & Add to Cart
Find the products you want and add them to your cart. When you're ready, click "Proceed to Checkout" from your cart page.
Step 02
Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, delivery address, and contact number. Double-check your address — we ship via registered post so accuracy matters.
Step 03
Choose How to Pay
Select PayPal / Card for instant confirmation, or Bank Transfer to pay via your Thai bank. For bank transfer, transfer the exact amount and upload your payment slip on the confirmation page.
Step 04
Order Confirmed
PayPal orders are confirmed the moment payment goes through — no slip needed. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once we verify your slip, usually within a few hours during business hours.
Step 05
We Pack & Ship
Your order is packed discreetly and shipped the same day if payment is received before 11AM (excluding Sundays). You'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.
Step 06
Track Your Order
Use the order number from your confirmation email to track your order on our order status page anytime.
PayPal / Card
Pay securely via PayPal using your PayPal account or as a guest with any major credit or debit card. Your order is confirmed the moment payment goes through — no slip needed.
Bank Transfer
Transfer the exact amount to our Krungthai Bank account, then upload your payment slip on the confirmation page. Your order is processed once we verify your slip.
No PayPal account needed
You can pay as a guest with any major credit or debit card through PayPal — no account required. Or skip PayPal entirely and pay by bank transfer.
Common Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders paid before 11AM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays). Delivery across Thailand typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You can pay as a PayPal guest with any credit or debit card — no account needed. Or choose Bank Transfer at checkout to pay directly via your Thai bank.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@thaitenga.com. We can make changes if your order hasn't been packed yet.
