How to Order
Ordering from Tenga Thailand is simple. We accept PayPal — pay securely and your order is confirmed instantly. Follow the steps below.
Step 01
Browse & Add to Cart
Find the products you want and add them to your cart. When you're ready, click "Proceed to Checkout" from your cart page.
Step 02
Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, delivery address, and contact number. Double-check your address — we ship via registered post so accuracy matters.
Step 03
Pay with PayPal
Complete the form, then click the PayPal button. A secure PayPal popup will appear — log in with your PayPal account or pay as a guest with a credit or debit card. No PayPal account required.
Step 04
Order Confirmed Instantly
Once payment is approved, your order is confirmed automatically. You'll receive a confirmation email right away — no slip upload needed.
Step 05
We Pack & Ship
Your order is packed discreetly and shipped the same day if payment is received before 11AM (excluding Sundays). You'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.
Step 06
Track Your Order
Use the order number from your confirmation email to track your order on our order status page anytime.

Pay securely via PayPal using your PayPal account or as a guest with any major credit or debit card. Your order is confirmed the moment payment goes through.

Common Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders paid before 11AM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays). Delivery across Thailand typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You can pay as a guest using any major credit or debit card through the PayPal checkout. A PayPal account is optional.
Can I cancel or change my order?
