How discreet ordering works

For many people, the hesitation isn't about which model to choose. It's the worry that someone else will find out: family, a flatmate, or whoever signs for the parcel. This guide walks through ordering from Thai Tenga. The box, the sender name and the name on your statement are all discreet. Your order confirmation email lists what you bought, so we explain that too.

No account needed

You can order straight away without creating an account or setting a password. We only ask for what's needed to deliver your order: name, address, phone number and email. We don't sell or share your details with anyone.

If you want to look back at past orders, there's no password to remember. Enter the email you ordered with and we'll send you a link that works for 15 minutes.

Paying

There are two ways to pay.

• PayPal: pay by credit or debit card without a PayPal account. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
• Bank transfer: transfer to our Kasikorn Bank account, then upload your slip on the order confirmation page.

The name on your statement: whichever way you pay, the payee shows as an individual's name, not a shop or company name. That goes for the bank account you transfer to and for card statements via PayPal.

What the box looks like

Every order ships in a plain box with:

• no Thai Tenga, TENGA or iroha logo
• no product names
• no wording or images that give away what's inside

Inside, your product is still in its original iroha packaging.

Sender name: the label shows a private individual's name as the sender, never a shop or company name.

Delivery options

Kerry Express, nationwide Orders paid before 11 AM, Monday to Saturday, leave the same day and usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days, in Bangkok or anywhere else in Thailand. Orders after 11 AM ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Same-day delivery in Bangkok by Lineman or Grab For addresses in Bangkok, orders placed before 11 AM can be delivered the same day by Lineman or Grab. You need to let us know you'd like it: add a note at checkout or email sales@thaitenga.com with your order number. The Lineman or Grab delivery fee is paid by you, separately from the free shipping below.

Kerry Express shipping cost: free on orders of ฿800 or more, otherwise ฿60. Every iroha model qualifies for free Kerry delivery.

The emails you'll receive

After you order, you'll get an order confirmation email from Thai Tenga. It lists the products you ordered, so it's worth thinking about which address you use.

If you share an email account, or worry about someone seeing a notification or an open inbox on your screen, use a separate personal email address for your order.

Tips for shared devices

Your cart and wishlist are kept in the browser on the device you use, not in an online account. If you share a computer or tablet:

• Browse in a private or incognito window. Everything is cleared when you close it.
• Your cart is emptied automatically once your order is placed.
• If you check your order history on a shared device, log out when you're done.

If something needs to come back

Returns are handled by email, not through a public form or account page. We accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery: email sales@thaitenga.com with your order number and the reason. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Opened products can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
