Is TENGA sold in shops in Thailand?
No. TENGA is not available in Thai pharmacies, convenience stores, department stores, or any other physical retail location. You will not find genuine TENGA at a Boots, a Watsons, or a roadside market stall.
This is by design. TENGA Japan distributes its products through a controlled network of authorised online retailers to protect quality and authenticity. In Thailand, thaitenga.com is the sole authorised retailer.
If you come across someone selling TENGA in a physical location in Thailand — at a market, in a mall kiosk, or through social media — treat it as a red flag. The overwhelming majority of physical TENGA sales in Thailand involve counterfeit products.
Why not just buy it on Shopee, Lazada, or Facebook?
It's a reasonable question. The short answer: you can't tell if it's real.
Counterfeit TENGA is a known problem across Thai e-commerce platforms. Sellers on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, and Line Shopping frequently list fake TENGA products at prices that look competitive. The packaging mimics the real thing closely enough to fool most buyers. The actual product inside is made from cheaper, unverified materials.
Real TENGA products are manufactured in Japan under strict quality controls. The inner sleeve material — the part that matters — is precisely engineered. Counterfeits use softer or harder substitutes that don't perform the same way and aren't verified as body-safe.
Additionally, buying from an unauthorised seller means no recourse if the product is defective or never arrives.
How to order from Tenga Thailand
Ordering from thaitenga.com takes a few minutes:
- Browse the shop — Start at Shop All Products or go directly to the collection that interests you: For Him or For Her — iroha.
- Add to cart — Products are in stock unless marked otherwise. The cart shows a free shipping progress bar: orders over ฿800 ship free.
- Checkout — Fill in your delivery address. Payment is via PromptPay (scan a QR code) or bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank.
- Send your slip — After transferring, upload your payment slip on the order confirmation page. Your order is confirmed and packed immediately.
- Receive your order — Bangkok orders placed before 11 AM on a weekday typically arrive the same day. Nationwide orders go out via standard courier.
What does the packaging look like?
All Tenga Thailand orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no "TENGA" branding, no indication of what's inside, and nothing visible to anyone who might handle the package. The outer box or bag looks like any other online delivery.
This is standard practice and something we take seriously. Your privacy is protected from order to doorstep.
What if I'm only in Thailand for a short time?
If you're a tourist with a tight schedule, order as early as possible. Bangkok same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 AM Monday through Saturday. If your hotel is in central Bangkok, same-day arrival via Lalamove is reliable.
For orders outside Bangkok, allow 1–3 business days. If you're in Phuket, Chiang Mai, or another major city, delivery is typically next day for orders placed in the morning.
You can specify any Thai delivery address at checkout — hotel addresses work fine.
What's worth buying?
If you're new to TENGA, start with the Cup Series. The Original Vacuum Cup at ฿499 is the most popular first purchase — disposable, pre-lubricated, no setup required. The Soft Case Cup is another good option at the same price.

Can I pay in foreign currency?
No. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and payment is processed via Thai bank transfer or PromptPay. Most international cards cannot be used for PromptPay directly, but you can transfer from a Thai bank account (Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn, SCB, Krungsri, etc.) or use a Thai e-wallet.
If you have a foreign bank account and no Thai banking app, ask at your hotel — many will help facilitate a local transfer for a small fee.
