Common questions
Does iroha need charging, or batteries?
It depends on the model. iroha Stick takes one AAA battery, and iroha Zen and iroha Rin Akane take two, with tester batteries in the box. iroha Rin+, Sakura, Yuki and Mai Toki are rechargeable with a magnetic USB cable and take about 2 hours to charge (Mai Toki about 90 minutes). There's no plug in the box, so use a USB port or a 5V 1A adapter you already have.
Can I use it in the bath or shower?
Current iroha models are waterproof to a depth of 50 cm, so the bath or shower is fine and rinsing is easy. Avoid strong jets of water and anything deeper than that. Charging cables and the Mai Toki charging base are not waterproof. Our Sakura and Yuki are the current Nadeshiko Pink edition, so the same applies.
How do I clean and store it?
Wash with cool or lukewarm water and a mild, neutral soap, then pat dry. Avoid hot water, alcohol and strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners. Use a water-based lubricant only, because silicone-based lubricants and oils can damage the silicone. Store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.

How can I tell genuine iroha from a counterfeit?
The simplest way is to buy from a shop that imports directly and can show where its stock comes from. TENGA's official advice is to look out for misspelled brand names or odd wording on the box, and to buy from a trusted retailer. Every iroha at Thai Tenga is genuine, imported from Japan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders paid before 11 AM, Monday to Saturday, leave the same day by Kerry Express and usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days anywhere in Thailand. In Bangkok, orders placed before 11 AM can also be delivered the same day by Lineman or Grab: let us know in the order note or by email, and the delivery fee is paid by you.
How private is payment?
You can pay by PayPal, using a credit or debit card without a PayPal account, or by bank transfer. You don't need to create an account to order. Either way, the payee shows as an individual's name on your bank or card statement, not a shop or company name.
